This fall, many parents were hoping to avoid a repeat of last school year where they had to juggle their children’s Zoom calls amongst their own. However, many schools are continuing with virtual learning. If your team members are balancing “home schooling” with working at home, here are a few ideas to help support your team:
• Offer to have meetings at off-peak times. (This eases up the Wi-Fi, too!)
• Encourage flexible/alternate schedules.
• Allow a temporary shift to part-time hours (FFCRA pay may apply).
