As more people get vaccinated and boosters, more companies are contemplating reviving in-person meetings and working in the office. As you weigh your options, consider the following:
• Don’t assume your team is okay with being in-person with clients or other team members. Ask directly or do surveys to see what people feel okay with.
• Try a hybrid model of splitting WFH and the office, to continue to allow flexibility for work/life balance.
• Agree to test a plan for 2-3 months, evaluate what works and adjust as needed.
Remember: communication is key as you adjust your work model.
