“I’ve been in this business for over 40 years and early in my career I recognized how important people with an entrepreneurial spirit are – people who know how to get business and build business. Not everybody knows how to do that,” Peter Finn said in our third video.
“I was very interested in attracting entrepreneurs. We have a large group of senior executives who are focused on building the business. There are over 50 managing partners and another 50 who are senior partners who are actively engaged in managing clients and bringing in new clients.
“It’s key to our business.”
