37% of PR leaders reduced allocation to Twitter

by The 100 Companies

Nearly 37 percent of U.S. PR agency owners and leaders have reduced their allocation of time and budget regarding Twitter for their clients and their agencies, according to the March 2023 PR Power Poll.

Elon Musk took control as owner/CEO on October 27, 2022. Seems longer than that, right?

In the ensuing five months, nearly 53 percent of PR agency owners and leaders answering the poll haven’t altered their strategy and don’t plan to in the near future.

Finally, nearly 11 percent reported they’d lost confidence in Twitter and do not tweet and don’t recommend the platform to their clients.
