We all fired her on Facebook – Thank God!

My private Facebook group of agency owners is a source of support and entertainment – oftentimes both.

Favorite post yet: a Seattle owner’s plea for guidance after her employee – whose abuses had earlier tanked the agency’s unlimited PTO/WFH policies and then pooh-poohed her third raise that year (this one 30%) – was caught spreading dissident bile around the team. The post sparked 80 responses, some so unnerved they tortured metaphors: “This bad apple will mushroom, prompting others to jump on bandwagon.”

Several volunteered to fly in to personally fire the ingrate. The owner reported the deed was done – ending our soap opera.
